The raised heart stands out against the dark background of the oval face, so the emblem reads clearly on the hand. Choose the Sacred Heart of Jesus design, engraved with its name, in US 7 to 13, or the smooth Flaming Heart in silver or gold tone, up to US 15. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
The polished stainless steel can stay on every day, in the shower and at work. It is a natural gift for a father or grandfather with a devotion to the Sacred Heart, or for a young man's confirmation.
Questions
What is the difference between the two designs?
The Sacred Heart of Jesus design is engraved with its name and comes in US 7 to 13. The Flaming Heart is smooth, comes in silver or gold tone, and goes up to US 15.
What sizes does this sacred heart ring come in?
US 7 to US 15 for the Flaming Heart, US 7 to 13 for the Sacred Heart of Jesus. US 7 is about 54.4 mm of finger circumference and US 13 about 69.7 mm.
Is the Flaming Heart signet small enough for a woman's finger?
It can be. Sizes start at US 7, and on a woman the smaller sizes look good on the index or little finger, although the ring is designed with men in mind.
Which Sacred Heart Signet design comes in gold tone?
The smooth Flaming Heart, offered in a silver or gold finish on stainless steel, in sizes US 7 to 15. The engraved Sacred Heart of Jesus design comes in US 7 to 13.
Do Catholics devoted to the Sacred Heart have their signet ring blessed?
Many do, but it is a choice, not a requirement. The ring arrives unblessed, and a priest can bless it, usually after Mass.
What does the Flaming Heart design look like?
It is the smooth version: the heart with flames rising from it, without the engraved name. It is the one offered in silver or gold tone.
The prayer

Sa signification
The heart shown to Margaret Mary
The Sacred Heart is the heart of Jesus, often shown crowned with flames, wrapped in thorns and topped by a cross. Devotion to it spread from the visions of Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, a Visitation nun at Paray-le-Monial in France, between 1673 and 1675. She reported that Jesus showed her his heart and asked that it be honored, and in 1856 Pope Pius IX extended the feast of the Sacred Heart to the whole Church. Some families still enthrone an image of it in their homes. On this ring the heart sits on a flat...
