Warranty Policy

THE BENNETT & CROSS COMMITMENT

We create pieces meant to last. Every Bennett & Cross piece is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in our 316L stainless steel, PVD-coated, and titanium jewelry.

WHAT IS COVERED

Clasps, lobster clasps, or closures that fail under normal use, stones that fall out without impact or accidental damage, settings or prongs that fail under normal wear, structural defects in the metal or finish that were not caused by an accident, earring posts or backs that fail under normal use.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Accidental damage including crushing, bending, or impact, loss or theft, normal surface wear and minor scratches over time, damage caused by chemicals including perfume, bleach, or chlorine, damage resulting from improper storage or lack of care.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Email contact@bennettandcross.com with your order number and 3 to 4 clear photos of the defect. We will review your claim within 24 hours and ship your replacement within 48 hours of approval. You are not required to return the original item.

DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL

If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with 3 to 4 photos. We replace it within 48 hours of confirmation. No return required.

ABUSE PREVENTION

Bennett & Cross monitors warranty and return patterns. Accounts showing atypical or excessive claim behavior, including repeated claims without photographic evidence, may have future claims reviewed more carefully or refused, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE

This warranty applies to all purchases made on bennettandcross.com regardless of country of residence, and is in addition to any statutory rights provided by applicable local law.
