Replaced within 48 hours
Your replacement ships within 48 hours of your claim being approved.
No need to send it back
Photos and your order number are enough. Keep the original piece.
Covered
Manufacturing defects
- A clasp or closure that fails in normal use
- A chain that breaks under normal wear
- A stone that falls out without impact
- A setting or prong that gives way
- A structural defect in the metal or its finish
- An earring post or back that fails in normal use
Not covered
Accidents and everyday wear
- Accidental damage: crushing, bending or impact
- Loss or theft
- Normal surface wear and small scratches over time
- Damage from perfume, bleach, chlorine or other chemicals
- Damage from improper storage or lack of care

Add 3 to 4 photos
Clear photos showing the defect. We review every claim within 24 hours.
Receive your replacement
Once approved, your new piece ships within 48 hours.
Fair use
We watch warranty and return patterns. Accounts with unusual or repeated claims, especially without photos, may have future claims reviewed more closely or refused, in line with our Terms of Service.
Your legal rights
This warranty applies to every purchase made on bennettandcross.com, whatever your country, and comes in addition to your statutory rights. Customers in France and the European Union also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. See also our refund policy.
