Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your parcel leaves, we email you a tracking number. Allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking to update, and track your order here.

International parcels can show no movement for several days while they clear customs, which is normal. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipping email, write to us at contact@bennettandcross.com and we will resolve it.

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then ship with free tracking. Delivery usually takes about 7 to 9 days in total from the day you order, in the 21 countries we ship to.

These are estimates: customs or the carrier can occasionally add a few days.

Yes. Tracked shipping is free on every order to the 21 countries we ship to: the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and 15 European countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland).

We do not ship to other countries yet. Write to us and we will tell you when we do.

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. They are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders under 150 euros shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional duties.

Many of our pieces are made by partner workshops in Asia, mainly China, and ship from there. Tracked delivery usually takes about 7 to 9 days from your order. Our customer service team is based in France and handles every question, return and refund.

Yes, depending on availability, items from the same order can ship separately. You then receive a tracking number for each parcel.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it for a full refund. The piece must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

Email contact@bennettandcross.com with your order number. We send you the return address and instructions within 24 hours. Please do not send anything back before asking, as unannounced parcels cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the piece arrived damaged or defective, when we sent the wrong item, or when it does not match its description: in those cases we cover it.

Once your return arrives and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, write to us.

The quickest way is to return your piece and place a new order for the one you want.

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 30-day return window already goes beyond this legal requirement.

Every piece is covered for 1 year from purchase against manufacturing defects: a clasp that fails in normal use, a stone that falls out without impact, a setting that gives way, or a structural defect in the metal.

Email contact@bennettandcross.com with your order number and 3 to 4 clear photos. Once your claim is approved, we ship a replacement within 48 hours. You do not need to send the original back. Read the full warranty.

• Normal surface wear and small scratches over time
• Damage from perfume, bleach, chlorine or other chemicals

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and 3 to 4 photos. We send a replacement within 48 hours of confirmation, with no return needed.

Most of our pieces are stainless steel, a metal chosen for everyday wear. Gold, rose gold and black are finishes applied to the steel. Some pieces are sterling silver, titanium, wood or natural stone. The exact material of each piece is shown on its product page.

If you have a metal allergy, write to us before ordering and we will check the piece with you.

• Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing it
• Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, bleach and harsh chemicals
• Wear stainless steel in the shower, at the gym and at the beach: it will not rust or turn your skin green
• Sterling silver can darken after the pool or the sea; this is normal and reversible, and a polishing cloth brings the shine back
• Store it on its own so it does not scratch against other jewelry

No. Our pieces are not blessed before they ship. Many people ask a priest to bless their cross, medal or rosary once it arrives.

Some people do. Others prefer to carry it in a pocket or keep it by the bed, out of respect for it as an object of prayer. Both are common, and each rosary page says how it is made to be worn.

Write to us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will change or cancel it. After that it is usually being prepared. If it has already shipped, the 30-day return policy applies once you receive it.

Major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay and PayPal, through the secure Shopify checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Banks sometimes block international online payments as a security check. Try another card, or pay with Shop Pay or PayPal. If it still fails, write to us and we will help.
