1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the website www.bennettandcross.com between: The seller: Bennett & Cross, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on the site (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).
2. Products
Bennett & Cross offers for sale religious jewelry and sacred items (cross necklaces, faith bracelets, rings, etc.). Product visuals are non-contractual. Descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in craftsmanship may occur due to the artisanal nature of some items.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in USD ($), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bennett & Cross reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Ordering
Placing an order on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The ordering process includes:

The Customer will receive a confirmation email once the order is validated.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order placement and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the site. All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments or approved third-party providers using SSL encryption.
6. Shipping
Products are shipped from our international partner workshops to ensure the best quality-price ratio.

Estimated delivery times: 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination (United States & International).

Shipping fees: Free standard shipping for orders over $75.00. Standard rates apply for orders under this amount.

Delays: Bennett & Cross is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events (strikes, weather, etc.).
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. The Customer has 30 days from the receipt of the order to request a return or exchange.
Exceptions:

Personalized or engraved products.

Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the Customer.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. Contact: contact@bennettandcross.com
8. Warranty & Damaged Items
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the Customer has 48 hours to report the issue to us with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately. All requests must be submitted via email: contact@bennettandcross.com
9. Personal Data

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, logo, design, etc.) is the property of Bennett & Cross or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France (or your country of registration). In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the company's registered office.
